We buy distressed properties throughout Kansas and sell them to our private real estate investors. Most of our properties are not marketed to the public, listed on MLS or by a Realtor. Some properties are in-need of improvements or exhibit deferred maintenance. If United Equity LLC renovates, update or makes improvements to a property, we usually list those houses on the MLS.

Understanding your preferred price range, desired location and investment strategy (flip, rent or both), helps us find the right investment properties.
